This course is designed to properly train all customer-facing team members on professional hosting, collaborating, consulting + selling skills to eliminate the unintentional under-selling of custom services. Armed with this knowledge, you can upsell, cross-sell, add value with all interactions. Making the most of every in-store opportunity will lead to increased revenue.
