Welcome to The Print Refinery!

Your business is about to undergo a very exciting transition and we want to make the journey as smooth and as fun as possible! Our training courses will prepare your team for a cohesive launch and uniform ongoing operations under The Print Refinery brand. It is important to achieve brand, culture and experience consistency across your team and other locations. This training will give you the tools that you need in a simple format with fun quizzes to guarantee retention!

This first course will outline, in several modules, who IPI - Member Network is, why The Print Refinery was developed and adopted, as well as The Print Refinery brand culture, in-store experience, packaging guidelines and team culture.

This is a required course for all current and new team members of all locations of The Print Refinery, no matter their role within the business.

To get started, click on the first module in the Course Curriculum below. After you complete each one, move on to the next. They should be completed in consecutive order. We highly recommend that team members take one module per shift to foster retention and avoid information overload.

The course starts now and never ends! It is a completely self-paced online course - you decide when you start and when you finish.
How long do I have access to the course?
How does lifetime access sound? After enrolling, you have unlimited access to this course for as long as you like - across any and all devices you own.
What if I am unhappy with the course?
We would never want you to be unhappy! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, contact us in the first 30 days and we will give you a full refund.
I passed the quiz, but the “Complete and Continue” link is not there. What do I do?
Point your mouse to where the “Complete and Continue” link is shaded out. If you see the message “You must complete all lecture material before progressing,” please go back and watch each video in its entirety – let each one play from beginning to end.
I did not receive my certificate of completion. How do I reprint it?
Select the completed training from your list of enrolled courses. From the left-hand menu, select Certificate, click on the Download link (under your certificate) and it will open as a PDF for you to save/print as needed.
I forgot my password or which email address I used to log-in. How do I retrieve that information?
