Erin also manages the IPI Marketing Solutions Program (MSP) - where she puts her 13 year background in retail photo marketing to work. Members look to her for merchandising advice, e-marketing assistance and the latest in creative product ideas. Erin has also been known to host a webinar (or ten) on topics ranging from retail displays to portrait studio appeal.

When does the course start and finish?
The course starts now and never ends! It is a completely self-paced online course - you decide when you start and when you finish.
How long do I have access to the course?
How does lifetime access sound? After enrolling, you have unlimited access to this course for as long as you like - across any and all devices you own.
What if I am unhappy with the course?
We would never want you to be unhappy! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, contact us in the first 30 days and we will give you a full refund.
I passed the quiz, but the “Complete and Continue” link is not there. What do I do?
Point your mouse to where the “Complete and Continue” link is shaded out. If you see the message “You must complete all lecture material before progressing,” please go back and watch each video in its entirety – let each one play from beginning to end.
I did not receive my certificate of completion. How do I reprint it?
Select the completed training from your list of enrolled courses. From the left-hand menu, select Certificate, click on the Download link (under your certificate) and it will open as a PDF for you to save/print as needed.
I forgot my password or which email address I used to log-in. How do I retrieve that information?
